Synopsis:
Based on Charles Addams' cartoons, the magnificently macabre Addams family originally ran as single panel cartoons in The New Yorker magazine. The wickedly comical clan included dark and dashing Gomez (John Astin, 'The Adventures Of Brisco County Jr.'); hauntingly seductive Morticia (Carolyn Jones, How The West Was Won); creepy Uncle Fester (Jackie Coogan, The Kid); mischievous Wednesday and Pugsley (Lisa Loring and Ken Weatherwax); ancient Grandmama (Blossom Rock, Abbott And Costello In Hollywood); fun loving furry Cousin Itt (Felix Silla, Spaceballs) and the ever-faithful silent manservant, Lurch, and Thing, the roving severed hand (both played by Ted Cassidy, Butch Cassidy And the Sundance Kid).

'The Addams Family' Volume Three DVD set features the final collection of offbeat episodes from the classic series, as well as special features including Thing and Cousin Itt scene commentary on 'Morticia's Dilemma' and 'Ophelia Finds Romance' and audio commentary from 'The Addams Chronicles' author Stephen Cox.
